Software Warranty

  1. All our programs and systems are covered by the warranty, the warranty includes software errors during the subscription period, if any.

  3. The warranty does not include errors resulting from misuse or resulting from damage to the device's components, damage to its operating system, or infection with viruses or malicious programs.
  4. Payments for software prices, software services, or maintenance and support operations are non-refundable after payment.
  5. Software installation, maintenance and technical support operations are done remotely, so the customer must provide a fast and secure internet connection on the concerned device .
  6. The services that we provide take place during the official working hours approved by the company and according to the dates that are set for the customer.

Hardware Warranty

  1. Electronic devices and parts are covered by the warranty provided by the provider agency.
  2. In case of a requesting maintenance or repair, the customer must deliver the devices that contain faults to the centers approved by the agent.
